Oh my, it’s 2024 already. I’ve lost track of time. I’ve been through a lot. It’s been outstanding. The lessons, the struggles, and the growth overwhelms with a new found respect for life. Phoenix has been stable and true. For years it serves its community as a wonderful place to feel welcomed. It has been an honor teaching the ladies here and watching them grow into their full potential. You should see them. They are inspiring.
They went from holding 20 sec planks to minutes worth. From 0 rhythm on the bike, to leaders of choreography. It gives me chills everytime. I am constantly proud of their progress and commitment. They invest in themselves day in and day out. They become better versions of themselves and they look great doing it! Absolutely SENSATIONAL!
