The access to and use of the Phoenix Ladies Fitness Center services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the services. By accessing or using the services you agree to be bound by these Terms.


This website/app has been designed in order for our members to find information on the center, view or purchase memberships, view or purchase products sold by the center, book an appointment, register for classes and communicate with the center. Services are provided on the basis of facility and equipment availability. www.ksaphoenix.com reserves the right not to provide one or more services where necessary facilities or equipment are not available, or for any reason. This website/app may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website/websites. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website/websites. You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without our prior written consent. Phoenix Ladies Fitness Center adheres to the protocols regulated by The Ministry of Sports under the technical standards for gyms and fitness centers.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

All our prices are VAT (Value Added Tax) inclusive and implemented on all our Memberships, Services, Packages and Products. We accept payments in person via Visa and Mada Debit Cards in SAR.

AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY

Phoenix Ladies Fitness center requires a minimum age of 16+ for all services, as per Ministry of Sports Protocol, Rules & Regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict no refund/no exchange policy on all our services. Reservations for the Group Training Classes may be cancelled without penalty by 6 hours before the start of the class. Early Cancellations are accepted by phonecall, WhatsApp, email or online via KSAPhoenix App.

In regards to the participants safety, we encourage all clients/members to be punctual and arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior the start of their reservation, in order not to miss the warm up. Should a member arrive after the start of their Group Class, she may not be able to participate for her safety. We understand that in some cases you may be late and so we’ve allowed an extra 5 minute window for you to get ready.

Reservations for the Personal Training sessions may be cancelled without penalty by 6 hours before the start of the class cancelled. If the cancellation occurs after this deadline the Personal Training session will automatically be deducted from the purchased package.

BOOKING POLICY

Our online scheduling window is open 24/7. Your active membership or package provides you with the privilege to book your classes online via the KSAPHOENIX App anytime. Once the class fills up you may be added to the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist is automatically moved into the class. The schedule window opens midnight every start of the week.

DROP IN BOOKING POLICY

Drop In Clients must credit their account with a minimum of 6 hours prior to the time of the class to reserve their spot and in the case of not showing up or late cancelling (after the 15 minute window) the amount will be deducted from account.

COMPLIMENTARY INVITATION BOOKING POLICY

Clients who receive a complimentary invitation via email/WhatsApp must pre-book their spot in person to confirm their identity and authorize the invitation with a minimum of 6 hours prior to the time of the class to reserve their spot. In the case of booking and not showing up, the complimentary invitation will be considered as used.

GUEST PASS BOOKING POLICY

Clients who invite guests using their complimentary invitation guest pass, must pre-book their guests spot in person to confirm their identity and authorize the invitation with a minimum of 6 hours prior to the time of the class to reserve their spot. In the case of guest booking and not showing up, the complimentary invitation will be considered as used.

WALL ACCESS, PERSONAL TRAINING AND FITNESS CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY

Clients must credit their account to reserve their appointment 6 hours prior the desired time and in the case of not showing up the service will be deducted from account.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY

Freezing can be requested via phone call, email, or in person. Minimum freeze amount is one week at a time.

UNIVERSITY STUDENT DISCOUNT

University students receive 25% discount on memberships only - Excluding Offers/Promotions. Students must present a valid student ID to benefit from the discount.

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR POLICY

Phoenix Ladies Fitness Center is an open and diverse environment that is built on dignity and mutual respect for all participants and Phoenix staff members, and is free of bias and intimidation. Therefore, Phoenix Ladies Fitness Center is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and productive experience for everyone. Phoenix Ladies Fitness Center will not tolerate harassment of or by participants (including Phoenix members, clients, volunteers and Phoenix staff) in any form, including discriminatory harassment. Anyone who violates this principle is subject to disciplinary action up to and including expulsion from membership and/or employment.

Harassment is behavior that is hostile or offensive. Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal or written comments that are insulting, degrading, or threatening

  • Verbal or written comments that are sexually graphic or sexually suggestive

  • Unwelcome and targeted photography or recording

  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following

  • Display of offensive or sexually suggestive objects, pictures, or graphics

  • Initiation of inappropriate physical contact (contact of a violent or sexual nature)

  • Advocating for, encouraging, or intentionally concealing any of the above behavior

Harassment does not require intent to offend; harassment includes actions above that are intended to be jokes, "kidding," or "teasing".

Harassment does not include social relationships conducted in private spaces.

The complaint and investigation will be handled with respect for the privacy of all involved, and will be confidential to the extent practical, given the circumstances. Upon receiving a complaint, the matter may be further investigated by the Phoenix management. Details of the complaint may later be shared with members of the Phoenix Ladies Fitness Center Executive Committee, depending on the case. Individuals to be notified and actions to be taken will be discussed beforehand with the recipient of the harassing behavior, where possible.

Disciplinary action for participants found to have violated this policy may include reprimand, expulsion from an event or activity with or without a refund, temporary or permanent exclusion from all Phoenix Ladies Fitness Center services, events and activities, suspension or expulsion from volunteer leadership positions or groups, and/or suspension or expulsion from memberships, as appropriate.

CHOICE OF LAW

This App/Website, and your use hereof, or any dispute arising hereunder shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

PRIVACY POLICY

Phoenix Ladies Fitness Center is committed to protecting your privacy and will not give out or sell any information provided to us by our customers. Any information collected is for internal review only and used to improve service, pricing, product, promotion and content of our app/website. All customer information (name, email, address, etc.) is confidential. When you create an account your contact information and/or credit card information will be stored for ease of reordering. All information collected will be stored and encrypted for additional security through third-party cloud-based websites.

POLICY CHANGES

Occasional changes can be made to the website www.ksaphoenix.com and the terms can be adjusted. By using this website, you agree that it may be subject to revisions. Users are encouraged to check regularly for any updates. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Phoenix Ladies Fitness Center (Gym and Rock Climbing) is a privately owned company.

Members may register prior to gaining access to the facility and its services.

Members must present a birth certificate or valid ID to complete registration. 

Members may provide a valid membership access key to use the facility and its services by checking in before entering, provided by the front desk upon registration. Without the access key you may not be able to enter the facility. A member may not misuse their access key for anyone other than their self. A member’s misplaced, lost or stolen access key may be reassigned at a 55 SAR fee the first time, 105 SAR fee the second time and 155 SAR fee the third time.

Members may not use their phones in ongoing classes and studios. 

Personal belongings may not be allowed in the studios. 

Lockers may not be used overnight or rented. 

Members must wear proper training attire prior entering the gymnasium area.

Schedules, due to reasons beyond our control, are subject to change without prior notice. 

Instructors, due to reasons beyond our control, are subject to change without prior notice.

Membership fees are subject to change without prior notice. 

We have a strict no refund/no exchange policy on all our services and products. 

We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any member/client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.
