It took all of my all not to attend the #MDLBEASTFESTIVAL. While the vibes are crazy (too crazy) I understand the hype. But enjoying yourself is honestly just as effective as your mental state. You can jam to your favorite tunes in the middle of a crowd, by yourself in your office, with your kids in the living room, or even on a bike at NIXYCLE, Ehem...#NIXBeats ;)

POINT: No matter where you are or what you’re doing, give this vibe 5 minutes of your day: turn up the volume and dance your heart out. Do you know why? Because mentality is everything. Also, YOLO!

NIXTIPS:

  1. Use pillows between your legs when you sleep to avoid morning pain in the neck. This is like using bolsters for Detox Yoga. #legiterally

  2. Show up to the gym when you’re on your period. Our natural cycles are a pain but they are not meant to limit us. Your body is in a beautiful rebirth process. Let it flow. This is like learning how to perform a handstand in NIXFIX. Painful but when you hold that pose it’s worth it. #shethinx

  3. Eat better and control your portions. You’re gonna need all the energy you can get from that #CosmoCafeSa Berry Wild Açaí. YUM!

  4. Meditate at least 3 minutes a day. Don’t know how to? Dude, just close your eyes and focus on inhaling the good and exhaling the bad. Simple. It helps solidify your core connection for NIXLATES.

  5. Express yourself in whatever means necessary. You can be both private and public, because you control yourself, mind, and heart. Stay focused. Like your hips are in NIXYCLE.

  6. Balance. Balance. Balance. Your emotions, thoughts, and words. Just like when you distribute your weight through out your ankles to hit that J-X-H combo in NIXBOX.

  7. Slowly get rid of your ugly habits to make room for better ones. I’m learning how to do that and it feels amazing. You don’t have to join PHOENIX to improve. #HomeofTheGoodVibes

  8. Wear your favorite NIXFIT sweater all day and the day after that! When you feel good, you look good, you do good. It’s a basic nutritional formula for your soul. #BeSoulful

  9. Lastly, feed the stray birds and cats. We all need love. The universe will thank you for it.
