What is the nationality of your trainers?

We are proud to be 100% Saudi, owned and operated.

Do you offer a Free Trial?

We offer single class drop ins and/or multiple day passes at separate fees for you to try before you buy a membership or package.

Do you offer equipment or studio rental?

We do not offer any rental services at this time.

Do you have memberships for Machine use only?

We have a sophisticated access control system that offers exclusive services to our members and access to all the facility without segregation.

What kind of equipment do you offer?

We have selected the best brands in providing the necessary fitness equipment including but not limited to: Cardio Machines (treadmills, elipticals, upright bikes and rowing machines), Strength Machines (for every major/minor muscle group), Flexibility Machines (anterior and posterior), Benches, Punching gloves, pads & bags, Resistance bands, Bolsters, Blocks, Rings, Stationary Bikes and Free Weights (dumbbell rack, plate rack, kettlebell rack & smith machine)

Do your memberships cover the personal training fees?

Our Memberships and Personal Training Packages are sold separately. You do not have to be a member to sign up for a PT package.

Are there specific times or schedules for Personal Training?

After you select your PT by tier (tier 1, tier 2, tier 3), you will complete your fitness consultation or evaluation appointment and our Customer Care Representatives will book your PT sessions. Your Personal Trainer and yourself will both meet to decide on the times/days of the suitable fitness program that accommodates your goals and needs.

What does your fitness consultation include?

Our Fitness Consultations includes goal setting, physical fitness evaluation and body size measurements.

Do we meet with a Nutritionist after becoming a member?

We do not offer nutritional services. We believe that every individual journey is subjective. We respect the philosophy that in order to lead a healthy lifestyle all you need to do is lead a healthy lifestyle.

Do you have a weighing scale?

We do not offer a BMI (Body Mass Index) machine or a Weighing Scale. We believe that true progress is felt and seen over time. We do not obsess over numbers. We obsess over quality, commitment, determination, and will power. The best way to stay updated with your progress is to observe how you feel. Stronger? Better? Healthier? That is all that matters to us.

Do you offer complimentary water?

We offer complimentary water for you to refill your own bottles.

DO you offer towels?

Due to hygiene purposes we encourage you to bring your own towels.

Do you have a swimming pool?

We do not have a swimming pool.

Can non-members visit the WAll?

Our Rock Climbing wall is open to everyone and is sold separately.
